Tokyu Land Capital Management Inc. (TLCM) was established in February 2007 as an affiliate of Tokyu Land Corp.(TLC) for the purpose of managing private real estate investment funds for both Japanese and overseas institutional investors.
As a trustee, we have established all appropriate compliance and risk- management systems in order to reward the trust investors have placed in us. In addition to legal compliance, we pledge to pursue our business activities in the spirit of fairness and good faith. We will remain dedicated to improving our understanding of our business and its attendant issues and to maintaining a strong sense of discipline.
